Paula Winchester has a reputation as “the herb lady” because she  grows herbs, sells them to the local grocery stores, restaurants and country clubs, wears them on her hats, decorates her home  and cooks with these tantalizing bits of greenery. Paula started her herb business by growing them in her backyard.  Now she contracts with farmers to raise them.  Below are a few of Paula’s favorite recipes that she would like to share with you.
