Since 1969 Herb Gathering Inc. has been a Kansas City fresh cut culinary herb company servicing grocery stores, caterers, country clubs and restaurants. From the basics like sweet basil, baby dill and spearmint to the unusual like lemon verbena, pineapple sage and scented geraniums, this herbal line-up is supplied on a weekly basis year round.
Besides the fresh herb business, Paula Winchester lectures from 5 minute television spots to 5 hour special workshops. She has owned a mailorder catalogue selling French gourmet seeds, as well as having had an herbal gift shop.
Her fondness for her menagerie of pets was the catalyst for designing the many lovable catnip toys using high quality (human grade/treats colic) catnip. She has good workers, marvelous ideas, and works closely with
parents sewing at home.
