How to Make the Best Ice Tea from Handcrafted Looseleaf Tea
Traditional Hot Method:
Any tea can be served iced. Use two times the normal amount of tea leaves, then pour the steeped tea concentrate over ice when ready to serve. Cold Steeping Method: Use two or three times the quantity of tea leaves needed. Place tea leaves in a clean container. Add cold water. Refrigerate overnight or for at least six hours. Remove the leaves when tea is ready, but serve when you want! Tea suggestions: Jasmine Dragon Balls and Feather Tip Green Tea, Keemun and Special Black Tea, Roasted Iron Buddha Oolong Tea and the unusual Copper-tipped Pu-erh Tea. Experiment and let us know!
