» Package Size Information From the Anhui Province, this tea was first created during the Qing dynasty around 1776. Pumpkin Seed is one of the oldest tribute teas. For this tea, two leaves and a bud are plucked, and then sorted so that the larger 2nd leave is selected. The central vein is cut out. The leaves are pan-fired in small batches, stretched and shaped by hand until the finished tea leaves take the shape of melon seeds. |
